The goal of the foundation is to produce cultural community events, or events that include cultural traditions. Additionally, the purpose of the foundation is to fund and/or support programs and events that provide youth enrichment in music and arts. The first project, Mexican folk dancing, has all the benefits of dancing (fitness and coordination) plus maintaining traditions and encouraging a community engagement. There is a strong interest to keep traditions alive in rural communities that make up a large percentage of individual of Hispanic/Latin decent. Folk dancing is a bridge between a physical regime and a way of life.
